STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION

-SIGN IN to order through the following options below:
- Create an account
- Sign in to your registered account
- Log-in with Facebook
- Access to order as Guest
- (requires necessary details please see: “Check Out page”)
- Explore your way towards the array of categories found in Delivery Fu and access your daily needs and groceries as well as our variety of Dumaguete’s local restaurant products.
- Add to Cart - Add your selected items to your cart once you have selected your items by clicking on the “Add to cart” icon.
- Low order fee (₱100) will apply for orders below ₱500.
- Input necessary details for the delivery.
- Payment address should be updated if you are already registered in deliveryfu.ph
- Select your preferred delivery method. (Tip: If you want to avail our express delivery service, make sure you order ahead of time. We have information for each product’s preparation time. Avoid making your orders during peak hours.)
- Finalize and confirm your order by clicking on the Confirm Order icon right after you agree with the Terms and Conditions.
- You can also add comments to the “Add Comment” box about your order, the service and the products as well. (e.g. I have Php2,000 cash please prepare change or my house has an orange gate with a blue car parked inside)
- You will receive your order number once you confirm your order.
- Use your order number to track the delivery vehicle with your order just click on the “Track Your Order” icon.
- Wait for your items to be delivered right to your doorstep as soon as you have confirmed all your orders. Our mode of payment is Cash on Delivery.
- Delivery Fu will deliver the products to you at the place of delivery that you entered upon checkout.
- Your grocery orders will be delivered to you in our own customary packaging. However for restaurant orders, they will have their own standard packaging coming from their respective restaurants.
- During delivery, you will be required to sign that your purchased goods are complete and has been received.
- Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations beyond our covered area, though we will inform you using the contact details that you have provided us.
